yeah. as long as i know i met all the criteria for that. but if there's any other reason i am not scouted yet i'd like to know why
@Rafi-niam Scouting is done by the community! No one has noticed you yet, so feel free to put your work out there in an art thread on the BBS’s Art Forum! Someone might scout you, or you could get pointers on how to hone your skills even more.
